Patient Satisfaction Feedback Cards are provided to enable you to complement our strengths and also to identify opportunities for improvement that you may have seen.
If you are concerned about your care or the hospital services we encourage you to speak to the Nursing Unit Manager on the ward, the Director of Patient Care Services or the Chief Executive Officer during the day or the After Hours Coordinator out of hours.
